Richard Greene, MBA, CAE - PDCA CEO (Chief Executive Officer) x 225 Since 2009 as CEO, Richard is responsible for overall daily operations and facilitation of the strategic plan for PDCA. Recent accomplishments at PDCA include the new findapainter.com website where consumers can find PDCA contractors on-line, improved Contractor College course on-line delivery to help members improve thier respective businesses, publication of the PDCA Industry Standards User Manual allowing members to save time and money on painting projects, and a new relationship with the American Painting Contractor Magazine to increase PDCA visibility. Richard has been leading and managing small business related associations for more than 16 years. He is a MBA graduate of Utah State University, Logan Utah and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA. He has earned the prestigious CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation from the American Society of Association Executives recognizing his proficiency, professionalism, and expertise in association management. |

Jessi Goodhart x 234, Communications and Marketing Manager Jessi manages the overall PDCA brand, external communications and marketing, social media, Expo communications, and PDCA publications. She is also the National liaison to chapter and council leaders, providing them with the tools necessary to help their members. She brings more than a decade of experience to her position, including work in the corporate, primary education and nonprofit arenas. Jessi is an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators and currently serves as President of the St. Louis chapter. |

Libby manages PDCA’s Contractor College, continuing industry education for PDCA members. She is responsible for assisting members with education, as well as guiding members towards completion of the accreditation process.

Marsha Bass x 227, National Associate Membership Coordinator I have been with PDCA for 5 years andbring to PDCA 19 years of experience with various non-profit organizations. As National Associate Membership Corodinator, I assist manufacturers, suppliers and other member companies with their daily membership needs. I manage the PDCA Expo Tradeshow sales and assist vendors with thei booth needs. I continue to work closely with Richard Bright, PDCA's National Sales Director, to recruit, retain and market PDCA's National Associate Members. |

Bev Lynde x 236, Membership Recruitment Coordinator With a Bachelor's degree in Education, many years of direct sales experience and many years of experience as the owner / president of a construction company, Bev is in a unique position to understand the challenges and struggles that face our members as part of the construction industry. Her major function deals with the recruitment of new members, retention of present members and answering the concerns that PDCA members have regarding their memberships. |

Richard has served as the PDCA's Sales & Marketing Director for more than seven years. During his time with the PDCA, he has worked with contractors and coatings manufacturers and has become a significant resource for members. Richard is also an instructor for Contractor College.
