John Busick is President and CEO of his 5th generation family painting company, Bob Kunst Painting, located just North of San Francisco, CA. John took over the reins of his long-standing family business in 2013. Since then, John has grown his company from 14 employees ($1.6m in annual revenue) to 30+ employees ($4m in annual revenue). Over the next three years, they are projected to double that. John credits his success to bringing his entire staff onto one system; a system that scales across the board.

Additionally, John is Co-Founder of Workglue- A SaaS Company designed to streamline workflow for painting contractors. John also remains incredibly active both in and out of the office. After college, he spent two years as a whitewater river guide across three continents, completed two ironman triathlons, and founded the non profit- Down Syndrome Association North Bay all while taking over the family business. John lives just outside of San Francisco, CA with his wife and two sons.
