PDCA EXPO Course Schedule

EXPO 2019 : From Top Line to Bottom Line

PDCA EXPO 2019 explores the differences between production and profit.  When work is plentiful it’s easy to grow the top line, but if your bottom line isn't keeping up, you could be in trouble when the economy slows. All of our education keynotes and breakout sessions focus on topics like hiring good people, developing training systems, P/L, sales and more. See the full lineup below!

OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER

We are excited to introduce our keynote speaker, Tom Reber of The Contractor Fight, who has spoken at numerous PDCA events in the past. Business owners gravitate towards his direct approach and the way he “tells them like it is." His breakout sessions often fill up so fast that people literally crowd the hallways outside his sessions to catch a glimpse of his eye-opening and challenging presentations. Additionally, Tom’s contractor coaching business plays host to a variety of conferences and training events like The Contractor Sales Academy, Contractor Fight Night and Contractor Fight Facebook groups. We’re excited to hear Tom present 'From Top Line to Bottom Line' in Savannah, GA!
